So all other stuff like sims clothing hair and accesories go in the quot mods quot file under electronic arts sims 4 file But houses and lots go under the quot tray quot file in sims 4 I can t switch characters in my household I ve restarted the game turned off my computer multiple times did a full game repair Nothing is fixing the issue I m just stuck on one family member I don t have any MODS or CC Help
