Ditto Virgin Media now require the account username to a third party email address so you account is working as it should be This morning the Virgin login page has changed completely and is asking me to set up two factor authentication There has been no advanced warning of this so I m not sure that it s genuine so have not gone ahead with this

Hi all hoping posting here can shed some light on this whole process I am a new customer with virgin media and have just been sent all the emails through 5652296 The message means that from the date stated you will revert to signing into the My Virgin Media webmail account with the original email address rather than the third party one you currently use
